Family vacation brand Beaches Resorts has revealed details about its expansion, with the addition of the new Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. Now accepting reservations, guests can choose from 101 multi-bedroom concierge and butler suites, including two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury accommodations. The $150 million dollar expansion will elevate the all-inclusive resort's overall key count to 858 and marks the sixth village addition to the Beaches Turks and Caicos property.
Overlooking a half-mile stretch along the Grace Bay—the 100-acre beachfront Treasure Beach Village will be home to a 15,000-square-foot pool overlooking the sea; fresh new dining concepts, including an on-trend food hall-style eatery; and new spaces for fun and exploration like a 32-seat cinema.
About that new infinity-edge pool, it's also designed with a natural gradient to mimic the beach; it's also complete with a footbridge that allows guests to walk across from one side to the other with ease. The pool additionally offers three slides, with a mini pool nestled inside and a splash pad ideal for the toddler set. Guests can hang out in coves designed for relaxation, where they can also find a swim-up bar, plus in-pool bar seating and table booths.

Treasure Beach Village will offer several different room categories of suites and villas. A standout addition is the Treasure Beach Chairman’s Penthouse Suite, spanning two floors and offering more than 2,800 square feet of interior living space—accommodating guests across three bedrooms. The three-story Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas are set on the beachfront and comprise four bedrooms and three bathrooms, welcoming up to 10 guests with a private pool and rooftop deck. Home-away-from-home amenities like a washer and dryer, wine cooler, outdoor mini-fridge, outdoor gas cooktop and more complete the villa experience. Rounding out the family-style accommodations are two- and three-bedroom suites that have modern bunk beds with a trundle, spacious kitchens and al fresco living rooms.
Treasure Beach Village will also introduce seven new food and beverage concepts, available to all Beaches Turks and Caicos guests. Among them is Butch’s Island Chophouse, making its debut at a Beaches Resort, as well as the BRÜ coffee bar, which will transform into a cocktail bar in the evenings. Other additions include a swim-up bar with its own snow cone station and a first across the resort brand: the Pinta Food Hall, offering global cuisines like tacos and ceviche to dumplings and made-to-order pizza. Beyond dining, the village will offer additional entertainment, including the 32-seat Starfish Cinema, complete with popcorn and refreshments. Sunken social pods will offer inviting spaces for families to unwind.

Treasure Beach Village will be the sixth village at the property and will join the Caribbean, Seaside, Key West, Italian and French villages to call Beaches Turks and Caicos home.
Beaches Turks and Caicos is home to a 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island Waterpark and other amenities. The resort now totals 30 specialty dining options and 16 pools. All guests have access to unlimited land and water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, basketball, PADI-certified scuba diving and more. Beaches also offers a complimentary Kids Camp program for infants through age 17, run by child-care experts. Kids can partake in activities with their favorite Sesame Street characters, along with a Kids Scuba Program and teen-focused entertainment.
