Since a negative COVID test result is necessary for boarding international flights, Viva Wyndham Resorts is offering onsite COVID testing from reliable service providers with guaranteed turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours (varies according to the destination). Guests can also feel safe knowing there are onsite medical clinics staffed 24/7 with doctors and nurses, should the need arise for medical attention.
Viva Wyndham’s flexible travel policies include no change fees and provide free cancellations within 72 hours of departure with direct bookings. In those instances, the resort will provide a full refund on the land portion of a guest’s stay. If guests cancel within 24 to 48 hours prior to their stay, Viva Wyndham will offer a partial refund that varies by property and the length of stay—typically one night for bookings that are seven nights or less, and two nights for bookings spanning seven nights or more. This policy is not applicable when booking any non-refundable rate travel.
