Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the debut of its Registry Collection Hotels brand in the U.S. with The Mining Exchange in Colorado Springs, CO. The newly renovated, 128-key hotel was once home to the stock exchange for gold and silver sourced from the Rockies. Guests can take in the hotel’s history while enjoying modern luxuries including multiple culinary outlets, a full-service spa and on-site art gallery, The Vault.
Guests can start their day at BLK MGK, the hotel’s full-service coffee bar, which offers local brews and small bites. Elsewhere, Golden Hour, the hotel’s indoor-outdoor bar and courtyard, serves a range of beverages and artisanal bites with live jazz on select evenings.
The hotel’s extensive renovation enhanced all aspects of the property, anchored by guestrooms, which sport exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, vintage-style windows and en-suite bathrooms with marble finishes. Other facilities include a full-service spa and 15,000 square feet of conference, event and wedding space inclusive of a ballroom, two meeting rooms, an outdoor terrace and a boardroom.
Good to know: Like all Registry Collection Hotels, The Mining Exchange participates in the Wyndham Rewards program. For a limited time, members can earn double points on their next stay at The Mining Exchange, along with a $25 nightly in-stay credit, when they book by December 31, 2024. Stays must be completed by May 31, 2025. Other terms and conditions apply.
