Dream Vacations/CruiseOne National Conference Kicks Off in Florida

Dream Vacations and CruiseOne kicked off its 2025 National Conference at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. This year’s event, themed “Thrive,” seeks to motivate franchisees to achieve greater success in their businesses. Attendees then will take to the high seas on the Star Princess for a five-day Caribbean cruise to Amber Cove, Grand Turk, and Turks and Caicos.

Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager of Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, opened the conference with an energizing introduction for the week ahead. During the ceremony, Daly unveiled this year’s theme, “Thrive,” promising a week filled with transformative MarTech advancements, AI programs and education, award-winning training and event programs, and a celebration of record-breaking achievements.

“We’re thrilled to bring this year’s National Conference to life in a way that blends land and sea,” said Daly. “Our goal is to create an immersive experience that both inspires and empowers our network—giving them real strategies they can take home to grow their business. It’s going to be a week filled with learning, connection, and giving back—and I can’t wait to celebrate it together.”

Throughout the four general sessions slated for the week, franchisees will have the opportunity to hear from Dream Vacations’ leadership regarding the introduction of innovative new tools and programs. These new initiatives are designed to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, ultimately contributing to advisors taking their business to the next level. They will also hear from industry executives about the latest trends and how they can support them. Dream Vacations/CruiseOne is looking forward to Michelle Sutter, vice president of culture and organizational development at Fanatic being the keynote speaker on Monday, before the event moves to the Star Princess.

“The Dream Vacations and CruiseOne National Conference offers us the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to our franchisees through growth-focused opportunities in engagement, support, training, technology, and marketing,” said Debbie Fiorino, chief operating officer of Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. “All of which have contributed to the success we have seen and the opportunities ahead of us.”
