Island Routes Caribbean Adventures recently announced that Morgan Ritch-Azan has been appointed as the company’s trade marketing manager.
Morgan will bring her passion for the Caribbean region with more than 9 years of hospitality and travel experience to continue the development of the travel trade business for the popular Caribbean attraction company.
Morgan’s career has been deeply rooted within the hospitality and travel industry. Most recently, Morgan led marketing and franchise operations for Island Routes Caribbean Adventures, where she played an instrumental role in crafting creative strategy for the brand as well as providing key marketing support for all revenue areas of the business.
Prior to that, Morgan worked with the development and transition team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, an international luxury hotel brand, where she played a key part in developing sales and marketing tools and other resources to enhance revenue growth and increase efficiency for the brand’s properties including Fairmont The Palm, Dubai.
“I am looking forward to applying my professional expertise to a field I care deeply about,” said Ritch-Azan in a written release. “I believe that fostering and building relationships with the travel trade community is critical to the continued success of the Caribbean region, a community that I have the privilege of calling home, and Island Routes Caribbean Adventures.”
Morgan will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the travel trade marketing efforts at Island Routes, from curating and developing travel agent programs to providing marketing support for travel agents and creating marketing initiatives for the travel trade.
