Karisma Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Kelly Poling as senior vice president of marketing. Poling brings over a decade of industry experience to the role.
Poling's background includes omni-channel marketing campaigns, digital advertising, e-commerce, sales, partnership development and branding. At Karisma Hotels & Resorts, Poling will oversee advertising, marketing, public relations, social media and partnerships across each one of its esteemed brands, including El Dorado Spa Resorts, Azul Beach Resorts, Generations Resorts, Karisma Villas, Allure Hotels, Hidden Beach Resort, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, Sensatori Resorts, Sensimar Resorts, Karisma Hotels Adriatic and the new Margaritaville, an All-Inclusive Experience, by Karisma.
Previously, Poling served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of WoodSpring Hotels, where she led both the marketing team and management of all reservations channels, including the website, contact center, third party partnerships, and B2B sales. Prior, she serves as vice president of consumer marketing strategy and operations for Rosetta Stone and spent seven years at Choice Hotels International, leading the corporate strategy, marketing and e-commerce teams. Additionally, Poling has served on numerous hotel industry and not-for-profit board of directors.
