Pleasant Holidays and its luxury brand, Journese, have announced the appointment of three new business development managers to their sales teams.
Focused on the travel agent market, each will work with travel professionals in their regions to identify new leisure business opportunities and develop strategies to grow commission income for FIT, wedding travel and groups/incentives package bookings.
Karen Paul, based in Philadelphia, brings more than 30 years of senior sales experience at U.S. theme parks and resorts to her position in the Mid-Atlantic region. Focused on sales growth and exceptional customer service, she utilizes skills developed while earning her master’s degree in education to train agents to identify new channels and markets in order to achieve sales and income goals.
CJ Rogers, based in Los Angeles, brings extensive experience in the cruise and travel industry to her new position as business development manager for Southern Nevada, as well as Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties in Southern California.
Rogers is a former travel agent with 10 years of travel industry experience who won awards for sales performance and is eager to mentor agents in her region to develop their strengths and achieve business growth.
Based in Dallas, Karen Seiler joins Pleasant Holidays and Journese to grow business in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Seiler has longstanding relationships with travel professionals in the southwestern United States developed during her days at a major cruise line when she covered much of the same geographic region.
