Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa and Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino have hired Brad Cirino as director of sales and marketing, Caribbean resorts.
Cirino will implement strategies for occupancy growth. He will also be responsible for increased group revenues, growth of daily rates and professional guidance to teams.
The new director of sales and marketing started out as the executive meeting manager at the Sheraton Biscayne Bay in Miami where he supervised planning for groups. After Sheraton, he moved to become a sales manager at Wyndham Miami Beach Resort prior to his role as regional sales manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Caribbean & Mexico.
In the course of time, he moved his attention towards the Miami market as a director of sales leading teams for Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Thompson Miami Beach and The Confidante Miami Beach, part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt.
Cirino brings over 20 years of experience, including eight years in the luxury market, to the director of sales and marketing, Caribbean resorts role. He will work out of Miami, where he has lived for over 20 years since graduating from the University of New Hampshire in Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree.
