Yankee Leisure Group (YLG) has announced the promotion of Jim Marini to vice president of sales, Amtrak Vacations/Yankee Holidays. Marini will lead all sales and marketing efforts for Amtrak Vacations and Yankee Holidays brands, including overseeing national and international partnerships, and leading the inside sales and business development team.
Marini has been with YLG for five years, and previously served as director of sales, Amtrak Vacations/Yankee Holidays. He has over 20 years of sales experience in the travel industry, having previously overseen both national and international partnerships, as well as YLG’s outside sales team. Additionally, Marini managed YLG’s overall sales strategies, and was contributed to company growth during his tenure as director.
