Evian Resort: Placed between Lake Geneva and the French Alps, this resort is offering a special, eight-course menu at Les Fresques, including Blue Lobster and Petrossian Caviar. While parents ring in 2018, children can go to the Kid’s Resort where there will be a private concert and a DJ. Other activities include special arts and crafts, a Fly Dance workshop, and ice skating on the hotel’s own private rink. Guests can continue the celebrations with a New Year’s Day seafood brunch of oysters, smoked salmon, prawns and more.
