Sometimes, the numbers say it all. A simple statistic can reflect a year's worth of hard work, innovation, teamwork and trade commitment to business success.
During the first shipboard day of the "CP World: Rock On" annual Cruise Planners conference on Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas this week, more than 1,200 Cruise Planners' franchise travel agency owners, advisors and associates ventured to the ship's theater to learn how the group collectively has performed the past year.
They also learned how 2026 sales are tracking and what regions are most popular for cruising. Herewith, a few key statistics...
Strong Business Growth
Cruise Planners says that it's seeing a 20% growth in the number of Millionaire Club members this year. These advisors have achieved at least $1 million or more in departed sales for 2025.
But Cruise Planners CEO Michelle Fee also relayed that the group's overall sales growth isn't happening solely because of those top producers, telling the conference audience: "You all are growing your business."
Overall, sales for Cruise Planners agencies collectively grew by 14% in 2025. In fact, once again the organization has exceeded the billion-dollar mark in sales for 2025. This is the third year in a row that Cruise Planners has achieved that milestone.
Higher Cruise Sales
Overall, cruise bookings are tracking 15% higher than last year's levels, according to Theresa Scalzitti, the chief operations officer of Cruise Planners.
Looking at the top cruise regions, based on consumer cruise sales, Brian Shultz, Cruise Planner's chief information officer, revealed that Caribbean cruises represent 60% of all Cruise Planners bookings, a 9% increase year-over-year.
He also revealed that 2025 Alaska cruise sales are showing 10% growth rate. year-over-year, plus Europe bookings are up 19% year-over-year.
Land and Luxury

Luxury sales are also growing by 20% year-over year, according to Koepf. And if one looks just a river cruising within that statistic, "we have seen river travel grow by a massive 27% over last year," he stressed.
Outlook for 2026
The year ahead is showing positive sales trending. Scalzitti told the advisors that 2026 sales are already pacing 15% over 2025 departures.
