Aqua Expeditions, a luxury river cruise company, is introducing a new travel agent portal for agents to check cruise availability, reserve multiple cabins at the same time and make a courtesy hold for up to seven days.
Agents who sign on will always be able to have access to a log of all bookings, enquiries and reservations made. Within the program, there are marketing materials agents can utilize to sell Aqua Expedition Cruises, such as webinars, deck plans and itinerary information.
Included in this portal is an online check-in system for both consumers and agents to use at any suitable time. Agents who book through the Agent Portal will receive a $50 amazon.com gift card for each successful booking. For travelers, guests should check in about a month prior to departure to be sure all special requests can be met. Guests who book their cruise through the online system will also receive a $50 spa credit voucher for each passenger.
Additionally, the luxury river cruise line is offering a promotion for solo travelers. The single supplement for guests going on their own is waived. It is available on these ships and dates:
