Millennium Hotels & Resorts Debuts “My Millennium Guest Reward Program”

Millennium Hotels & Resorts has announced its new My Millennium Guest Reward Program. The hospitality group rewards program is implementing a single-tier membership and new member privileges that enable guests to redeem over a hundred rewards, from room upgrades and hotel nights, to shopping experiences with leading brands worldwide, such as Spotify, Uber and Apple, as well as retailers such as M&S and Macy’s.

The company is hoping to reward loyal guests and encourage them to make the most of Millennium hotels across the globe. With key features, such as member exclusive rate, points doubling every 10 nights (equivalent of a free night for every 10 paid) and enhancing stay experience using My Points. The Guest Reward Program is aims to satisfy members’ evolving travel needs and enhance their journey with more lifestyle rewards, says Franck Kermarrec, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, chief marketing officer.

Through this program members can exclusively experience shopping vouchers at Apple Store, Google Play, Amazon and Marks & Spencer, as well as partnerships with Chelsea Football Club, to accessing special shows at the Hudson Theatre in Broadway or discovering Rotorua away from the tourist areas.
