Tour operator Travel Impressions has announced that it has entered into a partnership with Softrip Travel Solutions, a technology provider for tour and group operators. The partnership is expected to improve Travel Impressions’ handling of agents’ group business.
“Softrip Travel Solutions’ years of experience in the travel sector and understanding of our agents-first philosophy have made them a strong partner for our customer-centric model,” said Scott Wiseman, president of Travel Impressions in a written statement. “We are confident that their services will help us deliver even more value for travel agents and their groups business.”
The new software solutions will improve Travel Impressions’ front-end groups interface by automating touchpoints and creating other efficiencies to make it easier for the award-winning operator to provide service. Travel Impressions said it will begin a rigorous beta testing phase before implementing permanent solutions.
Softrip Travel Solutions provides services for dozens of clients, including AAA Exclusive Vacations, All Alaska Tours, Amtrak Vacations, Collette, Virgin Vacations, and more.
