Journeysmiths Joins Serandipians

Journeysmiths, a luxury bespoke tour operator, has announced its new membership within the exclusive network of like-minded, stakeholder travel designers, Serandipians, formerly known as Traveller Made. For more than 30 years, Journeysmiths has been handcrafting private holidays to Africa, Asia, Indian Ocean, Latin America and the polar regions.

Founded in 2013, the recently rebranded Serandipians network is a privately owned, invitation-only, international group focused on meta-luxury with small and like-minded travel designers. The exclusive network was originally created with 47 member agencies across Europe. It has since become an international project with a presence in more than 70 countries across the globe.

“As a new ‘agency member’ within the Serandipians family, we are delighted to have been provided entrée into this exclusive network of creative and engaging travel creators,” said Laura Burdett-Munns, managing director, Journeysmiths. “The team is excited to expand our reach and showcase our bespoke capabilities of creating exceptional, immersive, and exquisite, cultural and wildlife safaris, especially to our beloved Africa with the passionate community of travel professionals abroad.”

To commemorate the new partnership, Journeysmiths is offering travel advisors a two percent bonus commission on top of their regular commission for all new bookings made by December 31, 2022 with several Journeysmiths holidays starting around $15,000 per person.

The team of well-traveled Journeysmiths will help travel advisors customize each moment of their guests’ experiences. The company’s team works one-on-one with each travel advisor to dig deep into the client’s personality before any itinerary is shared or price quoted.
