Advisors with clients eyeing France next summer will have two new U.S. gateways to work with. Air France is adding nonstop service to Paris-Charles de Gaulle from San Diego and Nashville in May 2027, with tickets going on sale Oct. 14.
The San Diego route begins May 3, followed by Nashville on May 14. Each will operate three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, aboard an Airbus A350-900. The carrier says it will be the only airline flying nonstop between Paris and either city, and the only one linking Nashville with continental Europe.
Westbound, flight AF058 departs Paris at 10:10 a.m. and lands in San Diego at 12:50 p.m. The return, AF059, leaves at 3:10 p.m. and reaches Paris at 11:05 a.m. the next day. Nashville-bound AF046 departs Paris at 2:10 p.m. and arrives at 4:40 p.m., while AF047 leaves Nashville at 6:55 p.m. and touches down in Paris at 10:15 a.m. the following day. All times are local.
The Nashville flight number comes with a wink to Music City: AF046 references 1946, the birth year of Dolly Parton.
The additions are the first Air France has announced for its summer 2027 schedule, which runs April through October, and bring its U.S. network to 20 gateways for the season. Sister carrier KLM also serves San Diego, with up to three weekly flights from Amsterdam.
