The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has given TPConnects the IATA Financial Gateway (IFG) Solution Provider certification. The move streamlines TPConnects’ payment platforms, ensuring consistency and availability of different payment options across various distribution channels. The change is expected to reduce payment costs, increase sales conversion rates and result in a more seamless user experience.
IFG is a multi-channel payment aggregation platform. It allows airlines to manage and optimize their different sales payment processes through a single global connection. With TPConnects’ certification, its programs and products will allow clients to use this streamlined payment platform.
As an IT provider for airlines, TPConnects’ new certification should allow its client companies to set its prices more dynamically and to sell travel faster and more efficiently. Additionally, these airlines will be able to accept all payment methods and process payment transactions from all distribution channels.
TPConnects is an IT provider for airlines and a travel aggregator for agents. It specializes in next generation travel retailing; NDC offer and order management; and travel distribution. The company offers its clients their own website, mobile apps and booking tools. It is one of the first companies in the travel industry to receive the IFG Solution Provider certification from IATA and it is the only IATA NDC DUAL Level 3 certified travel technology company from the Middle East.
