Island Routes Caribbean Adventures has entered into an exclusive partnership with JetBlue Vacations to provide destination management services to the company’s customers in Jamaica.
The agreement will see Island Routes provide ground handling services and in-destination support, with an extensive range of services including general and private ground transportation, customer service, marketing support, as well as tours and excursions.
“Guest experience is at the center of everything we do,” said Adam Stewart, CEO of Island Routes, in a written release. “JetBlue Vacations recognized this and we’re very proud to partner with one of the Caribbean’s leading package vacation suppliers. We understand the high expectations JetBlue Vacations has for its customers and we’re committed to meeting these by delivering exceptional service throughout the guest experience. Island Routes will continue to seek out major partnerships with leading organizations, so that whether its business or pleasure, visitors go home with lasting memories of incredible service and unforgettable adventures.”
This latest agreement is similar to one made between Island Routes and Air Canada Vacations. Island Routes has provided exclusive destination management services to Air Canada Vacations for the past four years in Jamaica.
Since 2014, the company has also provided exclusive ground handling services, tours and excursions for Bookit.com and Playa Resorts at its two properties in Jamaica, Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall.
“Given [Island Routes’] history of customer service, we know that in conjunction with your own service levels, our guests will be well taken care of,” said Carol Menzel, director of product and operations at JetBlue Vacations.
