JetBlue has launched daily nonstop flight services from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) and Kansas City International Airport (MCI).
Enabled by JetBlue’s Northeast Alliance (NEA), the Milwaukee and Kansas City services expand the airline’s presence in the Midwest. In 2022, the NEA will offer nearly 500 daily departures from New York’s three major airports and 200 daily departures from Boston.
MKE currently offers nonstop flights to more than 35 destinations coast-to-coast, and over 200 international destinations are available with just one connection.
Drawing customers, cargo and commerce from Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and beyond, MCI plays a significant role in bringing in new business, conventions and tourists to the area. Construction is underway for a new $1.5 billion, 39-gate, single terminal slated to open March 2023.
Services to both Milwaukee and Kansas City will operate using Airbus A220 aircraft. JetBlue is offering $69 and $59 one-way fares for flights from New York-JFK and/or Boston to Milwaukee. The airline is also offering $74 and $79 one-way fares for flights from New York-JFK and/or Boston to Kansas City. The offers are available only on the airline’s official website.
