Looking to head to Mexico in style? Aero, a semi-private luxury jet service, is extending its portfolio with new hub at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), launching a route to the vacation hotspot Cabo San Lucas.
The LAX hub, which operates out of Signature Aviation’s private terminal, launched with routes to Cabo San Lucas International Airport (CSL), a new airport for the brand. This comes in addition to Aero’s flights to San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) out of Van Nuys Airport (VNY), also in Los Angeles, providing convenient travel to both sides of Cabo. Aero also has flights to Los Cabos from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
Books opened Monday, September 11, 2022; flights start at $1,600 one-way.
Boasting end-to-end, bespoke, white-glove services, Aero offers guests a seamless and elevated way to skip the crowd via a private terminal for a low contact, low-stress and safer experience. Offering contactless check-in and crowd-free lounges, Aero offers minimal touch points for both the passengers and flight attendants and a jet sanitation process before and after each flight adds an additional layer of care.
The announcement of the LAX hub comes on the heels of the company’s "Series B" funding round, which is being used to drive the company’s continued global market expansion and meet the increased demand on existing routes. To note: Aero plans to expand its presence in Europe with two new flights out of London’s Farnborough Airport (FAB) to Geneva Airport (GVA) and Sion Airport (SIR) in Switzerland with the first flights departing December 19. The new European routes will accompany the existing destinations from London, including Ibiza and Nice.
