Costa Palmas, the 1,500-acre resort and residential community on the East Cape of Los Cabos, which is home to Four Seasons Resort & Residences Los Cabos and soon-to-be Amanvari Resort & Residences, has introduced its new residential offering, Casa Blake Costa Palmas.
Located in the heart of the Costa Palmas Marina Village, and surrounded by water on three sides within the Costa Palmas semi-private marina, Casa Blake Costa Palmas has been created in collaboration with JSa Architects, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, and David Bowd and Kevin O’Shea of Salt Hotels.
Besides a collection of water-view studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, there will be a marina-side pool and bar, and a private shaded garden offering ease of access to the spa and fitness center. On the Marina Esplanade, a tortilleria serves everything from fast-casual breakfast burritos to late-night tacos. An all-day brasserie is also open from morning until late. Casa Blake will be connected by water taxi to the East Beach Club.
Mexico City’s Javier Sánchez of JSa Architects designed a U-shaped structure to maximize water views from all residences and to emphasize the marina-side pool experience. Martin Brudnizki uses the architecture as a canvas to create gathering spaces where people, texture, music, food and beverage come together in a laid-back and contemporary way.
Ownership at Casa Blake comes with an invitation to join the members-only Costa Palmas Club as a Yacht Club or Golf Club member, which allows access to the East Beach Club and the future Sports Center, besides exclusive dining outlets.
The residences at Casa Blake are available for purchase in summer 2022, with prices starting at under $700,000.
