Dunton Destinations has added Mustique island’s Pangolin villa to its portfolio of retreats. The newly renovated plantation-style villa is located atop Rutland Hill, overlooking Macaroni Beach, and showcasing views across the ocean and main island. Dunton Pangolin is available for rent and offers a new way to experience the private island of Mustique in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Spanning 20 acres, Pangolin was recently remodeled by architect Annabelle Selldorf. The villa has eight en-suite bedrooms, an indoor living room, dining room, TV room and library, besides a 580-square-foot open-air yoga pavilion and outdoor seating areas around the pool and sundeck. The property has been designed to blend indoor and outdoor living. Like other Dunton properties, the hilltop retreat features a collection of art and artifacts. There are plenty of places around the property where guests can relax, from hammocks and poolside lounge chairs to seating areas on one of the villa’s many decks.
Dunton Pangolin offers permanent and dedicated staff to look after the estate and its guests year-round. From activity reservations and preparing meals with local and seasonal ingredients, to arranging spa treatments or a day out on the water, Dunton’s team caters to the needs of each guest.
Pangolin will actively seek North American travelers and offer stay opportunities of less than one week (excluding holiday periods). Pangolin also follows an all-inclusive model, which includes all food and beverage at the villa as part of the nightly rate (alcohol included except for a Reserve List). The property is available for exclusive use only.
For those looking to bask in the outdoors, there are a host of activities to enjoy, from soft adventure to extreme sports. Highlights include scuba diving, snorkeling and sailing, tennis, exploring the island on horseback. For those looking for something more extreme, options include kite-surfing or deep sea diving and fishing. Great for children as well, Mustique offers fun activities such as drive-in movies for golf carts, beach picnics and treasure hunts, kite-flying competitions and children’s menus available almost everywhere.
