AMG Expands Professional Development Team With Two New Hires

With an aim to support advisor education and training, American Marketing Group has expanded its professional development team to deliver the benefits of its exclusive programs to a wider audience. Diana Hnatov and Clare Burke will bring their vast experience and training expertise to advance the skills and success of advisors affiliated with AMG’s travel agency networks, TravelSavers, Nest and The Affluent Traveler Collection

Hnatov has joined AMG as director, sales and services, KORE. She brings 35 years of experience in project management, strategic development and business enhancement to oversee KORE’s continued evolution, sales and marketing. The KORE program empowers new advisors with the skills they need in an ever-shifting industry. The program’s self-paced, all-digital curriculum provides learners with real-world insights from industry experts. As a unique benefit, KORE also offers a mentor and job placement for unaffiliated participants.

Hnatov began her hospitality career in culinary arts and restaurant management, then shifted into the hotel industry as a sales manager with Hilton. She later transitioned into the learning and development sector, where she created and implemented comprehensive training programs, managed initiatives and developed new products and programs for Learning Tree International.

Burke takes on the role of director, education and training after a year as manager of marketing for TravelSavers Canada. She will develop programs that build knowledge and abilities, giving advisors affiliated with AMG networks a competitive advantage. Burke will shape and manage all educational opportunities for TravelSavers and Nest advisors, including the new TravelSavers Dine & Discover local events and the Travel Market conference, being held September 26-29 at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Florida.

With a travel industry background spanning over 20 years, Burke brings deep insights into the needs of advisors and partners to her new position. Before joining TravelSavers, she worked at Ensemble Travel Group for 13 years, handling roles including executive assistant to Network Care and manager of events.
