Registration is now open for AdventureELEVATE, the Adventure Travel Trade Association’s (ATTA) annual North America-focused industry event, being held in Portland, Maine, May 9-11, 2023.
Considered as one of the preeminent regionally-focused industry events for adventure travel professionals, the theme this year is ‘Steadfast’ and AdventureELEVATE includes an active Day of Adventure followed by two days of inspiring speakers, intensive educational workshop sessions, and one-on-one networking opportunities.
“We’re thrilled to see AdventureELEVATE 2023 happening in Portland, Maine. It’s a great location for adventure travel pros to gather, and the theme of Steadfast reflects the tenacity of our community throughout the toughest challenge most of us have ever come up against,” said Shannon Stowell, ATTA CEO.
AdventureELEVATE 2023 will include both structured sessions on technology, marketing, and operations specific to adventure along with open forums for ideation and discussion. Additionally, there will be ample unstructured time to connect with destination partners, buyers, suppliers, and media. AdventureExchange provides pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments for attendees to help build long lasting relationships with the media.
“We are looking forward to having the Adventure Travel Trade Association in Maine for AdventureELEVATE. We view this as an opportunity to share our state with adventure travel professionals whose values and commitment to outdoor recreation stewardship and sustainability align perfectly with Maine. We are eager to show off Maine’s incredible natural assets and share our outdoor sporting heritage with all who attend,” said Maine Office of Tourism Director Steve Lyons.
