Club Med has launched a revamped website for the U.S. and Canada. This is the second major update in a decade following last year’s brand identity refresh, marking a significant milestone in Club Med’s evolution. Additionally, the provider of all-inclusive family holidays has also announced a Sun Getaway Sale (open now through October 29).
The website has been designed to elevate the user experience and make planning the next getaway easier. It now features high-quality, modern visuals, showcasing vibrant destinations and luxurious accommodations in detail. The revamped site also offers easy navigation to book rooms and suites, activities, kid's programs, and food and drinks, making the entire planning process straightforward. Fully optimized for mobile, the website offers easy scrolling, making it effortless to browse and book on the go.
It has a streamlined, user-friendly interface and an intuitive layout. The upgraded booking interface reduces steps, streamlining the checkout process to make it faster and more user-centric.
With an average of 5.5 million users annually on the U.S. website, up from 5.3 million in 2023, these changes are expected to significantly improve the overall experience. Additionally, interactive elements like the Sun and Ski quizzes have been incorporated throughout the website journey to help users discover their dream vacation.
Deal: Just in time for travelers to test their hand at a booking on the new website, Club Med launched its Sun Getaways Sale offering up to 40 percent off, plus additional perks like up to $300 in instant savings, up to $300 in air credit and free stays for kids under four. The booking window is open now through October 29, 2024, for travel between November 2, 2024, and May 2, 2025, at all North American resorts.
