Cruise Planners Adds Hotel Proposal Feature to CP Maxx

Cruise Planners has unveiled Hotel Sheets, a new feature now live within CP Maxx. Designed with travel advisors, and their clients in mind, Hotel Sheets redefines the way customized hotel proposals are created, shared and booked.

With this tool, advisors can curate personalized hotel proposals that include detailed property descriptions, star ratings, high-resolution photos and a comprehensive list of amenities. Hotel Sheets empowers clients to browse advisor-selected room rates based on their preferred accommodations, and book rooms directly through the advisor’s website, or request additional information on rooms that are unavailable, providing convenience and flexibility.

Fully embedded in CP Maxx, Hotel Sheets offers an intuitive, advisor-centric workflow. Advisors can access rooms and rates from over 2 million properties worldwide, all with live pricing to ensure clients see up-to-date rates for their chosen room categories. Even better: The new tool also offers customizable commissions. Advisors can apply markups or discounts to commissions, ensuring complete control over pricing strategies.

Clients can book directly from the Hotel Sheets proposals, streamlining the entire process.

Cruise Planners says it's the only host travel agency offering a fully integrated AI-powered workflow for advisors. Unlike off-the-shelf products, Hotel Sheets has been tailored to meet the unique needs of the Cruise Planners community, emphasizing ease of use, efficiency and superior client engagement.
