Fora Travel is making a major move into the lucrative group and event travel space with the launch of Fora Groups, a new division designed to modernize how corporate clients, planners and advisors organize group trips.
Building on more than $80 million in group travel production to date — spanning corporate retreats, incentive trips and conferences — the New York–based agency is expanding its infrastructure to meet growing demand and capitalize on renewed interest in group and corporate travel.
“With Fora Groups, we’re building the infrastructure to scale — making it easier, faster and more rewarding to plan group travel with expert support,” said Henley Vazquez, co-founder of Fora. “Group travel deserves better than outdated systems and fragmented planning and our advisors have already driven tens of millions in group bookings.”
Streamlined Planning Meets White-Glove Service
The new division blends Fora’s tech-enabled booking tools with concierge-level service from its growing network of travel advisors. Clients are paired with dedicated experts who handle everything from accommodations and transportation to curated experiences and excursions.
Fora Groups also provides destination strategy and timeline management to help planners navigate venue options, budgets and deadlines — areas that often strain corporate teams managing large-scale events internally.
Among its core offerings:
White-glove coordination for hotels, flights, and on-the-ground logistics
Customized planning for offsites, incentive programs, and client events
Expanded partnerships with leading hospitality brands
“Fora Groups is built to meet a clear demand in the market,” said Julie Noda, general manager, groups at Fora. “We’re equipping our advisors with the tools, training and support to deliver exceptional group experiences, whether it’s a 300-person sales kickoff or a team offsite. This launch allows us to scale what’s already working and raise the bar for what group travel can be.”
Expanding Into the MICE Market
Since its 2021 debut, Fora has rapidly grown its network of advisors and booking power, now giving them access to more than 170,000 bookable hotels, fast commission payments, and VIP perks. Collectively, Fora advisors have booked over $1 billion in travel.
With Fora Groups, the company is positioning itself to compete in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) space — a segment where many advisors see rising demand but limited innovation.
The move underscores Fora’s broader strategy to merge human expertise with technology — creating a model that’s scalable for advisors while still delivering the high-touch service group clients expect.
