Global Travel Collection Partners With Concierge Service Provider

Global Travel Collection (GTC) has unveiled a partnership with Ten Lifestyle Group, a provider of premium concierge services. This month, GTC will launch ‘GTC Concierge Powered by Ten’ to its network of more than 1,500 travel advisors.

GTC Concierge Powered by Ten is a white-label service crafted to offer an elevated level of support to advisors. Through this new relationship, Global Travel Collection advisors can work closely with on-the-ground concierge experts, securing top tables anywhere from Bangkok and London to Madrid and Tokyo, and sourcing exclusive experiences such as VIP tickets for concerts, sporting events, art exhibitions and more.

“This collaboration represents a significant advancement in our mission to support our independent advisors in providing unparalleled luxury travel services to their clients,” said Angie Licea, Global Travel Collection president. “By leveraging Ten’s global network of concierge specialists, our advisors are relieved of time-consuming tasks, enabling them to focus on curating exceptional travel experiences with the assurance that Ten’s trusted team will deliver seamless service to their clients.”

Ten's 22 international offices and dedicated lifestyle managers will work as an extension of GTC’s advisors, enhancing and deepening partner relationships across the globe.

“Client demands are ever-changing, necessitating the continuous evolution of our programming for travel advisors," said Jason Oshiokpekhai, Global Travel Collection’s senior vice president, advisor success and managing director. "With an increasing number of our advisors' clients seeking concierge-style services like tickets and restaurant reservations, we are certain that our collaboration with Ten will equip our independent advisors with the tools they need to meet their clients' evolving requirements."
