Hernandez has spent more than 28 years guiding large-scale growth initiatives, building advisor-first programs and implementing cutting-edge technology platforms. Throughout his career, he has been widely respected for his ability to bridge strategy with execution, and for creating models that allow travel advisors to thrive.

His appointment follows a year of transformational growth and recognition for OTN.
