Pellicano Hotels has welcomed Alberto Pirozzini as its COO. Pirozzini returns to the Pellicano Hotels group after previously serving as area general manager between 2016 and 2022. With a career spanning over 25 years in luxury hospitality, Pirozzini brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His journey began with Four Seasons and continued with The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Salvatore Ferragamo Group. Throughout his career, he has managed properties in the U.S., the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Italy.

Following the announcement of the strategic alliance with Aermont Capital that will bolster the growth plans of Pellicano Hotels group and fuel investments to enhance its portfolio of destination hotels across Italy, Pirozzini’s role as COO will be pivotal in shaping the group’s continued success.
Pellicano Hotels manages three of Italy’s luxury hotels: Hotel Il Pellicano is a five-star seaside hotel in Porto Ercole, offering 47 rooms and suites in a Tuscan cove; La Posta Vecchia, previous home to Roman Imperators and Jean Paul Getty, is a 19-key hotel situated 30 minutes from Rome; and the Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa, with 51 rooms and suites, is set on more than 17 acres of Mediterranean scrub in Ischia. The most recent addition to the group is the e-lifestyle platform Issimo, where one can read and shop a curation of Italy’s finest.
