St. Kitts Launches New Training and Sales Platform for Travel Advisors

The St. Kitts Tourism Authority has announced the launch of the St. Kitts Trav Pros Training & Sales Companion. This platform is designed to equip travel advisors with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell the destination.

The new program includes two multi-modal chapters that provide an in-depth look at St. Kitts’ history, landmarks, attractions and accommodations through curated images, videos and product information. Travel advisors will also benefit from peer insights and sales tips, enhancing their ability to market the island’s offerings. Upon completing the training, advisors will receive a certification designating them as part of St. Kitts Trav Pros and gain access to the Sales Companion.

“The St. Kitts Trav Pros platform provides an innovative solution for travel advisors, offering both comprehensive training and advanced sales support,” said Kelly Fontenelle, CEO of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority. “This resource will enable advisors to confidently promote and sell St. Kitts as a premier destination.”

The Sales Companion offers continuous support for travel advisors, with tools to retain knowledge, share creative assets and facilitate bookings. A detailed directory of St. Kitts’ accommodations is also available within the platform, ensuring comprehensive support for advisors.

The St. Kitts Trav Pros platform is mobile-friendly, allowing advisors to access training materials and sales resources on both iOS and Android devices. Content is synced across web and mobile, enabling seamless promotion and sales efforts from any location.

Travel advisors can access the St. Kitts Trav Pros platform via its website, the App Store, Google Play or through TravPRO Mobile’s travel advisor app, TheSOURCE.
