WorldVia Travel Network revealed the winners of its 2025 Questy Awards during its WORLD25 conference, held September 18 at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson. The awards spotlighted standout travel agencies, advisors, and partners for innovation, leadership, and community impact across the network.
“Awarding the Questys at WORLD is always one of the year’s highlights for us,” said Joshua Harrell, chief revenue officer of WorldVia, in a statement. “We continue to be amazed by the creativity and dedication displayed by the members in our network, and we’re thrilled to be able to recognize their efforts.”
Monarch Agencies of Excellence
The evening’s top honor, the Monarch Agency of Excellence Award, was presented to two agencies for their achievements in sales growth, support of the network, and effective use of WorldVia programs.
- Multi-Advisor Agency winner: Peggy Hinsch of Group Travel Designers
- Single-Advisor Agency winner: Shai Nahum of Shai Travel Solutions
In all, 30 agencies were recognized as Monarch Agencies of Excellence—15 single-advisor and 15 multi-advisor agencies. Nahum also emerged as the most decorated advisor of the evening, taking home five Questy Awards in total.
Long-Term and Sales Leaders
Pam Severance of For Getaways Travel was honored with the Dynasty Award for her 20 years of membership and commitment to the WorldVia community.
WorldVia also recognized sales leaders with Crown Awards, with the top tier of honorees receiving Golden Crown Awards:
- Multi-Advisor Agency: Bobby Laurie, JetSetGO
- Single-Advisor Agency: Tonia Ridler, Travel by Tonia
- Associate Advisor: Sydne Stubbs, Those Who Wander Travel
In total, 32 advisors earned Crown Awards for stellar sales results over the past year. The Sales Innovation Award went to Rocky Dimico of Flights & Fables and Shai Nahum of Shai Travel Solutions for creative sales strategies.
Special Awards Across Segments
- Spark of Excellence Award: Shelly Cunningham, Cherry Tree Lane Adventures, for leadership within the Spark Society community of theme park specialists.
- Trailblazer Awards: Recognized advisors across travel segments, including Alisa Myatt (Cruise), Amanda Kelly (Touring + FIT), Rebecca Schwinn (Beach Travel), Shai Nahum (Corporate + Air), Tyson Wharton (High Flyer), Rebecca Landry (Group Travel), and Alan Granza (Theme Park).
- Community Awards: Kaitlyn Barnett of Quality Travel received the Local Community Leadership Award, while Christina Rockey of Vacation Architect was recognized for the second year in a row with the WorldVia Community Stewardship Award.
Growth, Partnerships and Luxury Recognition
The Ascension Growth Award honored advisors for sales momentum, including Misti Marquette (Bohemia Wedding Travel), Michael Anderson (Travel by Mike), Shai Nahum (Shai Travel Solutions), Peggy Hinsch (Group Trip Designers)and Jackie Ryan Lodermeier (Group Trip Designers).
The Imperial Partnership Awards recognized outstanding supplier partners. Honorees included Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, Royal Caribbean, Viking, ALG Vacations, Globus, Disney Destinations, Allianz Partners, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Kensington, and Project Expedition. Sandals and Beaches Resorts earned the Partner of the Year Award.
In luxury travel, the Luxe Luminary Star Awards went to Sarah Kanter of Those Who Wander Travel (Rising Star) and Bobby Laurie of JetSetGO (Sirius Star) for growth in luxury sales.

- Best Website: Stefan Terwindt, NuVia Travel
- Best Newsletter: Stefanie Boyle, Go Wandering Travel
- Best Social Media Presence: Heather Sutherlin, The Travel Bug Girls
- Best Advisor Profile: Christina Rockey, Vacation Architect
